I have attached the installation instructions of the Spare Tire Carrier for Yakima Roof Cargo Baskets part # Y07076 to this answer for you. According to my research, your Nucamp Boondock Tab Travel Trailer already comes with a Yakima Round Bar Roof Rack therefore in order to use this spare tire carrier, I recommend the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket part # Y07070.
The Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket measures 38-1/2" long x 38-1/2" wide internally and weighs about 25 lbs so it is easy to take on and off. The best part of all is that there is a ton of accessories you can add to it like the spare tire carrier which I have attached for you below:
Medium Stretch Net - part # Y07072
Light Mounting Brackets - part # Y07075
Hi-Lift Jack Carrier - part # Y07077
