Question:

Will this fit my truck with turnover ball without the need for drilling? I also plan on purchasing an air system for it. Thank you.

AirLift LoadLifter 5000 Rear Axle air spring kit # AL88338 fits both 2WD and 4WD versions of the 2019 Silverado 3500 and it is compatible with your B&W gooseneck hitch.

For a compressor I recommend their heavy-duty dual path model # AL25856. This complete kit includes the compressor, gauge, wiring harness, air lines, gauge stand and installation hardware.

Neither AirLift nor etrailer has done an install on a 2019 Silverado 3500 with the B&W gooseneck but the kit includes alternate hardware in the event the standard u-bolts do not fit with the hitch. I linked the complete install instructions as well as an exploded diagram taken from them that shows where and how all kit components mount.
