Is There Minimum Hitch Height for Rapid Hitch Adjustable Ball Mount When used in Rise Position

Question:

Hi, Im interested in the ball hitch identified above. The AM3410. On the website it states this ball hitch is ideal or compatible with vehicles whose top of the receiver is 20 - 24inch from the ground. I have a 2017 MB GLE 350 and the top of the receiver is only 16 inches from the ground and I need a 4-5inch lift depending on the sag once the trailer is attached. Why the recommendation? I havent seen that on anyfoot other websites or even your website concerning other qualifiers. Thx,

Most likely the recommendation for the Rapid Hitch Adjustable Ball Mount # AM3410 that was made (it's an old description) to prevent ground clearance of the ball mount when it's in the drop position. Since you'd be using it in the rise position this would not be an issue at all and this would work well for you. The max rise of this is 6-1/2 inches so this would work great in that regard as well.
