Can I replace an individual ball on the C49NR or do I have to get a whole new system?

To replace either of the hitch balls that come with the Curt Deep Drop Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C49NR you need the Curt Dual Ball Attachment # C69NR.

The individual hitch balls aren't replaceable so you have the get the platform piece, but you don't have to replace the entire ball mount. This platform section also comes with the pins to attach it to the shank so you can either have extras or use those as replacements as well.
