You will want the Replacement Brake Spring Set for Dexter 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K71-362-00. Then you will want the Replacement Trailer Brake Magnet Kit for 7" Brake Assemblies # BP01-068 due to the thinner hubs instead of the traditional 10 x 2-1/4 inch hubs.
That guide for the anchor post is not available as a replacement part from any of our manufacturers. Your only other option is to replace the assemblies with the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,000 lbs # K23-472-473-00 which would require welding a brake flange like # 4-34 or # 4-35
