I have an ‘82 scamp trailer with 13” wheels and 3 nubs. Do you have any baby moons that will fit?

The Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap part # AM90086 should work for you as it is designed for conventional trailer wheels like the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel part # AM20212 or part # AM20214 which have the same three "nubs" that you mentioned. The bolt pattern (4 on 4" vs 5 on 4-1/2") should not matter.
