Question:
I have a himiway cruiser, all-terrain. I’m looking to attach a bike rack to the back of my car that has a ramp. I only need it for one bicycle. Do you have such a product? The bike weighs 75 pounds that is why I would like a ramp To load the bike on the rack

The best option for you is the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y36FR. This has a built-in ramp that will allow easy loading for your heavy electric bike; the ramp can be stored on the front of the bike rack when transporting. The Yakima OnRamp has a weight capacity of 66lbs which is the highest weight capacity available for your application. According to my research, your Himiway Cruise Ebike weighs about 72lbs and the battery pack weighs about 9lbs, so you could remove the battery pack when transporting the bike so that you don't exceed the weight capacity of the Yakima OnRamp.
This bike carrier can hold bike tires that are up to 3-1/4" wide. It looks like your bike tires are 4" wide, so you will want to purchase Fat Straps # Y23FR which can hold tire sizes up to 26 x 4.5", 27.5" x 4.5" and 29 x 3.25". I have attached a demonstration video for this bike rack.
