Looking at where standard 5th wheel base rails line up with regards to the axle on your 2015 Ford F-350, the offset on the hitch ball for the Andersen Ultimate Connection # AM3200 will likely put it just a tad behind the axle when mounted.

You are probably aware that ideally you want the pin weight from a 5th wheel trailer directly over or slightly in front of the rear axle on a truck but the Andersen Ultimate is a unique system and because of its frame and design it is not an issue if the ball is a bit behind it. The manufacturers designed the unit with this type of orientation in mind.

This is a nice lightweight 5th wheel hitch that will mount to industry standard base rails and it features a towing weight capacity of 20,000 pounds.
