Anderesen Ultimate Rail Mount Hitch to Replace Slider Hitch on 2015 Ford F-250

Question:

I currently have a 2015 F250 with the 6 3/4 ft bed. I have the Reese 20k slider hitch for my 2016 Coachman Brookstone. The trailer has a rounded nose and I have never had to use the slider option in the current hitch to back up. Plenty of clearance. I want to get the rail mount Andersen Ultimate but want to make sure that I wont have nose to cab issues. Will the ball on the Anderson be in the same location as the king pin with my current hitch when all hooked up?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Hitch, # AM3200, will connect to above bed industry standard rails. If you have the above bed mounted in the bed of you 2015 Ford F-250, then the Andersen hitch will mount right in the bed.

The Andersen hitch is offset and depending on how it is orientated in the bed will either move the ball location a few inches in front or to the rear of the rear axle. So, on your 5th wheel hitch you would have to see which orientation will work the best for you when installing the hitch in your truck.
