The Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs # RP30928 will fit on the same 5th wheel rails as your Pro Series 15K hitch. Reese and Pro Series are made by the same company and will use the same location on your base rails. I've attached a photo to assist.

This hitch will work well with your 2015 Ford F-350 long bed. If you need new rails, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50026-58 which are a custom fit for your truck.

You also may want to consider adding a second 7-way trailer connection to the bed of your truck for easy access using the Bargman # 50-97-410.

The Reese Select Plus # RP30928 does not come fully assembled, but also does not require a great deal of assembly. You will need to attach the legs to the cross member and then bolt the head at the height you desire. That is all the assembly needed for the hitch.
