The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14048 is designed to fit cab and chassis model trucks which all have a frame width of 34 inch to 34 inch measured on the outsides of the truck frame. This is narrower than standard frame trucks so if you have a truck that was originally a cab and chassis (came with no truck bed) this will fit and work well. If you have a different truck let me know. Here's a list of all of the trucks this hitch fits:
