Can RoadActive Suspension and SumoSprings be Used Together on a 2018 Ford Transit T150

Question:

I have a 2018 Ford Transit 150 Low Roof 130 wheel base I was look to make it a smoother ride and eliminate equipment bouncing in the back which is not very heavy. Would the Roadmaster Active Suspension help? Would adding the Summo Springs Rear would be enough or would adding both give me the smoothest ride.

You can definitely add both the RAS Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3623-GT as well as the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-121-40 to not only give you a much smoother driving experience but also help fight sway from high winds or passing vehicles. All of this should help to keep your equipment from bouncing in the back.

I will say that even though these will drastically improve your driving experience, if your equipment doesn't weigh very much then it could still move a bit depending on what roads you are driving and their condition. It may also be helpful to install a floor mat like the thermoplastic VanTred Custom Floor Mat # VTFT15M which was created to add a slip-resistant surface that also gives you 1/2" thick cushion for cargo. Depending on how large your cargo is it may also be useful to use some tie-downs like part # 317-309590.
