For a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 the Draw-Tite Max Frame Trailer Hitch # 75521 will be a great replacement for the factory hitch. It does require the factory bumper and factory bumper brackets for the correct fit. It will have the factory appearance but is actually a stronger hitch so I think your customer will be very happy with it. This hitch also has an e-coat base and powder coat finish to protect against rust so it should last longer.
