Yes, the installation of the Draw-Tite Class I hitch # 24907 on your 2015 Nissan Sentra DOES require drilling. All hitch options for your vehicle (as long as it is NOT the SR version) can be seen on the link provided. The Curt # C11349 is the one that does not require drilling but it may require some enlarging of the frame access holes with a rotary tool or file. The written instructions and a helpful hitch installation article are linked for you.

If you plan to use a bike rack in your hitch please note you are limited to a 2-bike capacity on a Class I hitch. I have linked our main page for Class I-compatible bike racks and articles that cover how best to choose one for your car and your bikes.

For the hitch itself I like the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # DT48MR for your 2015 Nissan Sentra. You won't be able to load 3 bikes onto it since a Class I hitch can only handle two, but there are plenty of Class I approved options that will work really well. I highly recommend the Kuat Transfer # TS02B, which offers a sleek, wheel-mount carrier at a really nice price point.
