Follow Jack Repair Kit for 2010 Coachmen Brookstone 341RE

Question:

Im looking for the follow jack repair kit for my 2010 Brookstone 341RE and believe I should order item # LG-146060. I cannot find anything stamped on the leg or outside sleeve indicating a manufacturer name or part number on the follow leg. Is there some other way I can verify that Ive correctly identified the repair kit needed? When disassembling the landing leg 1/2 of a washer fell out of it and I believe that it was the one missing from the attached photo and is what caused the gears to no longer meet closely enough. I measured the outside sleeve at 33 1/2 inches. Thank you very much.
