Do these bars come with the bracket covers. And do they look as good as the pictures on a 2017 1500 crew cab chev.

The Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars - 4" - Polished Stainless Steel # 21-23720 do come with the plastic bracket covers and they will look just as good as the pictures and attached video when they are clean on a sunny day. They will look like the video on your 2017 Chevy 1500.
