Question:

truck bed racks compatible with weathertech truck bed roll up cover? I have a 2016 F-150, short bed supercrew. What brand / model of truck bed racks will work together for me?

We do not carry the WeatherTech tonneau covers but according to my research this cover installs completely inside the truck bed of your 2016 Ford F-150. You will need to verify this and it is important that the cover is totally inside your truck bed for a ladder rack to be able to work; none of the cover should be in contact with your bed rails and it should also sit below the top of the rails.

If your tonneau meets all of that criteria there is a ladder rack which will fit the 6-1/2 foot bed on your '16 F-150, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-501 which installs in the stake pockets of your truck.
