To use the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover # LOM28QR you will want to combine this with the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A35WG on your 2021 Ram 1500 5-1/2' short bed. The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX96NV is not confirmed to fit with the Lomax covers. We do have the similar BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK226227 you can use with the Truxedo Elevate if you prefer that ladder rack.
