Hey guys can you mount accessories to these like shovel mounts, led bars and so on?

The Rhino Rack Steel Roof Cargo Tray RRRPBS does not have specific accessory mounts for the items you mentioned like light bars and shovel mounts but if you had such accessories that can mount on the tray's 1-inch round tubing and available space its steel construction will handle them.

This tray requires a mounting kit and there are several to choose from depending on the type of roof rack bar you're using.

For aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars use kit # S280.
For Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty crossbars use kit # RUBK.
For square bar like Thule # TH712400 or round bars like Yakima # Y00409 use kit # MUBK.

This low-profile tray is specifically designed to not reduce your overhead clearance too much. This means it will sit very close to the roof rack you install it on. This is something to keep in mind as you consider the items you might want to mount on it. Make sure those accessory items will have enough space to mount; this will vary for the different bar types.
