I’m looking at buying a 205/75R14 tire and rim and want to buy a pilot cap as well, the pilot hole for the rim is 3.27, the nearest cap I can fine is a 3.19 pilot hole size, will this work? Hope that all made sense. Thanks

Yes, I understand exactly what you are looking for, a trailer wheel center cap that will fit properly in a wheel pilot hole that measures 3.27-inches. You can use the part you referenced, chrome cap # 319EZ, or one of the other same-size products that appear on the linked page, such as Lion's Head stainless steel cap # LHCS102-SI60C.
These caps have an outside flange that will hold them in place on your wheels.
