Hitch Lock Recommendation to Fit Threaded Shank of Badger Bike Rack

I have an old Badger bike rack that fits in a 1-1/4 receiver. The threading in the part that slides in the receiver is 1/2” coarse. Will the Kuat threaded hitch pin option work with this or what do you recommend?

The part # S64029 does have a 1/2 inch diameter and a 12 UNC coarse thread design and would be the best possible fit for your application.
