Will the width of the slots accommodate the Yakima landing pad 4 or just the landing pad 1? I think the LP4 has wider hardware for wider slots

Yes, I test fit the Rhino-Rack RTC-Style Roof Rack Tracks # RTC12JW with the Landing Pad 1 # Y00221 and the Landing Pad 4 # Y00224 and found that they are compatible with each other. All of these parts come in a quantity of 2.
To complete your setup you also need 4 of the Yakima Control Tower # Y8890027 and a set of round bars that match your application. We have a variety of round bar lengths for you to choose from. These include the following:
