Correct Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Channel Nuts for Trailer with Rhino-Rack Factory Roof Tracks Installed

My 2023 No Boundaries trailer comes with Rhino Rack tracks on it. Beth at Rhino Rack says this tracks requires a 24x21mm channel nut which appears to be part number N057-BP. The closest thing I can find on the etrailer site is RRQMFK11, which appears to be correct, but upon searching that part on RhinoRack.com, those channel nuts are actually 30x25x5mm, which is why other customers have had to modify them to make them fit. I would love to buy some channel nuts that fit! Any suggestions? Thanks!

I spoke with Rhino-Rack and was able to confirm that both the part # RRQMFK11 (30mmx25mmx5mm) and N057-BP (24mmx21mmx4mm) are compatible with the Rhino Rack Factory Roof Tracks. If you're looking to mount a set of crossbars to these tracks, you'll need a few items which I have attached for you below.
Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs part # RRRLT600 (Comes With RRQMFK11)
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars part # RRVA180B-2
If you need a different size crossbar, you can choose this from the list below but keep in mind there are channels under the bars which the feet mount to so there is a minimum and maximum depending on the track width.

Hello Conner, I just read this comment by Steven M, followed by your reply. I too am shopping for channel nuts that will fit my 82" Rhino-Rack RTV track (Part #RTV208). I have calipers and I've measured the inside channel width of the track and it is 21mm. There is no way a nut that is 30mmX25mmX5mm (part # RRQMFK11) will fit inside this track without being modified (it is 4mm too wide at its narrowest point). Whoever you spoke with at Rhino-Rack either didn't understand your question or gave you bad information. I felt compelled to relay this information so customers who have the same track as Steven and me don't order the wrong channel nut. Rhino Rack part# N057-BP is in fact the correct part for anyone with an RTV track that has a 21mm wide channel.
