Should Strap for Winch Have 2 Hooks on it

why does my winch strap have two hooks

It sounds like you are describing a tow strap like the Highland # H10175 as opposed to a winch strap like part # IMF05848 that you referenced.
If this isn't the case would you be able to send a picture in of your setup or let me know what part number you have if we carry it? I am not quite sure how else having 2 hooks on one strap would work out.
