Is the earth wire in trailer plug good enough 4 reverse camera

Yes, the ground wire of the Tekonsha 4-way part # 118467 would adequately ground 4 reverse cameras. The ground on the trailer wiring does most of the grounding but also the metal connection between the trailer frame/coupler to the trailer hitch/vehicle frame helps as well.
