Does Draw Tite Hitch for 2019 Subaru Forester Affect Ground Clearance

I can’t really tell from the customer pictures but does this decrease the ground clearance of the forester? Thanks

I attached a picture to this page that shows what the Draw Tite Hitch part # 76271 looks like when installed and you can see that since it hangs below the rear bumper it would affect ground clearance. You can see the same picture in the attached link to the install instructions also.
