Replacement Timbren Axle-Less System and Hydraulic Brake Assembly for 3,500 lb Axles on Boat Trailer

Question:

Correct, I have 3500lb axles and 1 set of hydraulic drum brakes. I'd like to see options for both single set and double set of brakes.

I would love to help you upgrade your suspension components! I am guessing that you have 3,500 lb axles on your trailer but if you could verify that it would help me to make sure that I recommend the correct parts for you.

Also, are you looking to add brakes to both axles or just keep them on one pair? You would get more braking power and less wear with brakes on all of the axles but if you only want them on one then that will also play into the parts.

Thank you for confirming this for me. Although we don't have one package for everything I do have a parts list for you. The brakes come in a kit (with 2 assemblies) so that you just need one kit per axle while the hubs or hub/drum assemblies come in a quantity of 1 so you need to order 1 for each wheel. Here is the list: Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - # ASR3500S05 Hydraulic Brake Kit - # AKFBBRK-35-D Trailer Hub/Drum Assembly - # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K (5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern) Trailer Hub/Drum Assembly - # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K (6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern) Kodiak XL ProLube Kit - # XLPROLUBE1980KIT (1 per axle) HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - # HS496-252 If you are only wanting to put brakes on 1 set of Timbrens then you will purchase the same Axle-Less system, one of the brake kits, 2 of the hub/drum assemblies, and 2 of the XL ProLube kits. The only thing that will change is that you need idler hub # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K for the 5 lugs, idler hub # AKIHUB-655-35-K for the 6 lugs, and the Brake Line Kit # 18SI-BLKIT. Please note that the Timbren Axle-Less system comes with EZ Lube spindles. Since you are wanting to use the oil bath kit you will need to remove the grease zerk fitting to utilize this system properly.
