We have a 2019 Chevy 2500HD LTZ with a Duramax the bed is 6.6inch also has the puck system. We are looking at a Mont High Country 380th which hitch would be best for this communication?

The absolute best 5th wheel hitch to use on your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LTZ while pulling a Keystone Montana High Country 380TH is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550034.

The Hijacker is unique in that it has an auto sliding feature that will move the pivot point away from the cab during sharp turns to avoid interference. It also has a wraparound locking jaw which will provide excellent security of the king pin. In order to use the Hijacker with the puck system you will need an adapter, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6194.

@Albert No, you do not! The Demco Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550034 has an automatic slider. Basically there is a gear system that causes the hitch to slide back when the head rotates from side-to-side. That is the biggest advantage of this hitch. The only downside is the head can only be turned with the trailer connected. So if you ever have to disconnect the trailer at an angle, the head will be stuck in that angle. So you have to hit that exact same angle when you go to hook up. Aside from that is it a very solid hitch and it is worth investing in the convenience of the autoslide if you plan to be towing often.
