The 2019 f35o has a round hole for gooseneck ball to go in all others have square hole is there a adapter to make older hitch fit new round hitch

The B&W Companion hitch like # BWRVK3500 is not compatible with the round gooseneck in any of the factory underbed systems. The square adapter give the hitch stability and support preventing left to right movement of the hitch that a round hole obviously won't be able to do.
If you already have the Companion hitch, then you can use the hitch head and simply get the factory prep compatible base. For the fixed hitch base # BWRVB3300 and for the sliding hitch base # BWRVB3370.
If you don't already have the hitch, you will use 20K # BWRVK3300 or 25K # BWRVK3305 for an 8 foot bed or 20K # BWRVK3370 for a 6-1/2 foot bed.
