What is Required to Install the Curt Front Hitch C31083 on a 2018 Ford Expedition

This Hitch is listed as an confirmed fit to the 2018 Ford Expedition. My question is, are there any modifications to the vehicle frame, bumper, etc. required for this fit?

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31083 will require a slight trimming of the lower plastic bumper fascia but there will be no drilling or alterations that will be needed on the vehicle's frame. The trimming of the lower plastic bumper fascia is needed to allow for the receiver tube opening to poke through which you can see in the attached photo on a similar truck. The brackets install using pre-drilled holes in the frame rail. This means that no warranties will be voided.
