Rough Opening Size Required for Electric RV Fireplace Installation

Thanks for your response. The exact opening size for my fireplace is 231/2 inches high and 271/2 inches wide. Do you have a unit that will fit? Can be flat or curved glass front. Thanks

We do have dimensions readily available on some of the fireplaces like the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Recessed Mount - Black # 324-000068. The rough opening is referred to at the cutout size which can be finished or rough. The cutout size for this unit is 26-1/4" wide x 5-3/8" deep x 20-1/2" tall with the overall dimensions of the unit being 28-3/8" wide x 5-1/2" deep x 21-3/8" tall..

Unfortunately we don't have anything that is an exact fit for your dimensions. My recommendation based on your dimensions is the Furrion 30" Electric Fireplace w/ Wood - Recessed Mount - Black # F30SW15ABL which will not require widening the opening but will require reducing the height of the opening so there will be a slight building up or reduction of height. Many people will use that as a décor accent opportunity, so that's the upside of not having a perfect fit.
