Distance From the Foot to the Mounting Bracket on the Bulldog Pipe Mount Swivel Jack 158109

Question:
I need a pipe-mount swivel jack for a 5x8 trailer that I can add a caster to. I have to manipulate the trailer in my garage to get it in, and can't do it with a vehicle attached. When I put a caster on my current jack, I can't get enough retract to get the jack out of the way when I attach it to my truck. Perhaps a drop-leg jack would allow for that? If the mounting brackets on the swivel jacks were mounted closer to center, rather than closer to the top of the jack, (like on the bolt-on's) it would probably allow for this to be possible.

The distance from the center of the pipe mount to the bottom of the foot plate on the Bulldog Pipe Mount Swivel Sidewind Jack part # BD158109 while fully retracted is 10-7/8". I have attached a photo of this for you. If you need something different than that please let me know and I will see if we have any other options for you.
