Question:
replacing leaf spring assembly on the suspensiion with a PR-4 spring assembly would that work or do I need a special 4 leaf spring assembly The only difference is that measurement of the complete 4 leafs from top to base is on the PR 4 is 1 7/16 where the original is 1 9/16.

Spring pack thickness really isn't too important when picking out replacement leaf springs. What is most important is the length of the springs and the axle capacity. We did some research on your trailer and it looks like you have 6,000 lb axles which we have a few options. We have the part # e34SR which is 25-1/4 inch long, part # e94SR which is 26 inches long, and # e78SR which is 25-1/4 inch long. Keep in mind when measuring your old springs that they will have stretched around 1/8 of an inch or so. This means ideally you go with a spring just slightly shorter than what you have.
