Question:
I know these brake drums are Lug Centric but what size Hub bore is the minimum required as I am looking at different wheel options

Expert Reply:
I went out to our warehouse and measured the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-655-6-K for you. The hub bore is 3.409" therefore that would be the minimum hub bore on your trailer wheels. Almost all of the trailer wheels we offer with a 6 on 5-1/2" lug pattern have a hub pilot hole sufficient for this. For example, the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel part # AM20746 has a 4.27" hub pilot hole.
