Question:
My Limited does not have a trailer light connection behind the rear bumper. Is this product what I need to wire up my trailer?

Yes, for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited the T-One trailer wiring kit part # 118727 that you referenced is the correct kit you need. Since you do not have the factory tow package wiring this kit is what you need since it allows you to tap into the vehicle's wiring by installing inline with the vehicle taillight wiring. This kit also has our most reliable converter box too which is why we recommend it so highly.
