I recommend getting a new custom fit installation kit for your 5th wheel trailer hitch in your 2008 Ford F-350. Using a new kit will ensure the capability of all the parts and you will also get new hardware for installation.
For your truck, one option for a custom kit is # RP50082-58. This will include the brackets you have referenced, rails, and hardware. The Reese rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky 5th wheel hitches that fit in above the bed rails. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you and a link to a video showing a typical installation.
For a Curt kit, you can use # C16448-204. With this kit, you can also use Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky 5th wheel hitches that fit in above the bed rails. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
