If you are just looking for a standard pintle hook without a ball then I think the Curt Pintle Hook part # C48010 will be the best option we have for you. This pintle hook has a 2-1/2" shank and measures 9-1/2" from the center of hitch pin hole to the center of pintle hook. It has a 20,000 lb towing capacity.
If you need something with a longer shank then you will need to look into a two piece unit like the Curt Pintle Hook Mounting Plate part # C48340 with the Curt Pintle Hook part # C48210 which measures 13-3/4" from the center of hitch pin hole to the center of pintle hook. It also has a 20,000 lb towing capacity.
I have attached review videos for you as well.
