Question:
2007 sport sandpiper toy hauler by forest river fan in bath room totaly gone, so dont know how many blades. model # S545A3 Date of MFG.May 2006

Elixir is no long in business so replacement parts are extremely hard to find. I did some research online and was not able to locate a replacement fan blade that would work with the d-shaped shaft on your vent. Insead, the best option for you is really going to be to replace the entire assembly for which I recommend using the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent part # V3094-601-00C. This is currently the most cost effective option we have for you. It will fit the same 14-1/4"x14-1/4" opening you have now.
