Would Sidewinder Pin Box Have Dually Fender Clearance Issue

Question:
Since your moving the pivot point 22inch back from center of bed, at a 90° turn wont that be hitting my dually fender?. I have an 08 Dodge 3500. Looking at buying a camper that has a sidewinder.

I attached a picture that shows what a Sidewinder pin box like # RP34FR looks like when turned. If you were worried about the clearance to the inner fender well you can see it fits over it easily. If you were worried about the outside dually fender being an issue it would be further away than the corners of the tailgate and would not be an issue either.
