The Everchill Refrigerator for RVs - Frost Free - Double Door - Stainless Steel - 10 Cu Ft - 12V # 324-000119 has two temperature control locations. I've attached photos to assist. If you have confirmed that you have 12V going into it, and have allowed the refrigerator to attempt to cool for a couple hours after connected, then you will want to have a technician take a look at it as it may be low on refrigerant.
