Where Is The Drain Tube For The Everchill RV Refrigerator

Question:

Where do I locate the drain for it. It’s a 2020 forest river micro boost toy hauler

The drain tube for the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freeze # 324-000119 can be located by removing the grate located on back of the refrigerator. I've attached a picture of it below as well.

Couple three times we went camping. Water was draining underneath the refrigerator on the floor?

@John If water is leaking out onto the floor then the drain line could be clogged and just need to be thawed and cleaned out. You'll want to get to the back of the fridge to gain access to the drain line. I would leave the doors open with it off for a while beforehand to let any ice built up in the line thaw out. You can then use a pipe cleaner to ensure nothing's stuck that could block condensation from draining out and freezing. You can also check that the drain pan is sitting under the drain line and didn't move around while towing the camper.

@KevinC , what happens to that water in the drain pan? Is it supposed to just evaporate?

@JeffU Depending on the model of the fridge there will typically be a drain pan that either is large enough for the water to evaporate or there will be a heating element in the pan that kicks on once the water reaches a certain level within the pan that heats up to help the water evaporate.
