We do have the bolt kit you are looking for but it is not part # Y8870068. Instead, you need the Replacement Bolt Kit for Yakima HullRaiser Aero # Y60032; I checked with Yakima and these are the correct replacement bolts for the Yakima JayHook Kayak Carrier # Y04084.

I spoke with a representative of Yakima who told me the Replacement Bolt Kit # Y60032 comes with two T-bolts, two carriage bolts and two wing nuts. It comes with one long T-bolt, one short T-bolt as well as one long carriage bolt and one short carriage bolt. So if you need two of the long T-bolts and two of the long carriage bolts you will need to order two of the Replacement Bolt Kits # Y60032.
