The Replacement M8 x 16 mm Rectangular Head T-Bolt for Rhino-Rack Accessories # RR89HB is designed to replace any M8 x 16 mm t-bolt so if the t-bolt on your TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH65FR has the same measurements it'll work, but it has not been confirmed to be a direct replacement.
Another alternative is to use the Replacement T-Bolt for TracRac Ladder Racks # HD-80122 which measures 3/8"-16 x 1-1/8" and will fit in the t-channel.
