How to Determine Trailer Axle Hub Face to Hub Face Dimension

Question:
New utility trailer, want single 3500lb 4” axle, need 71” spring eye centers. Will be running 225/75/15 tires. I don’t have a hub face measurement how do I figure it out? Thanks

To determine hub face to hub face dimensions on your trailer axle you'll want to put the trailer on jack stands so that you can take the wheels off and then measure from one hub face to the other hub face.
