The end panel of our cover pulled out and it seems to be missing a rod or part where the hinge hooks to. Can this be ordered or can you wk us through how to reattach it?

The Extang Replacement Tail Hinge # EX83475-64 installs on the panels of their Solid Fold covers like 83475 by those panels' rounded edge rail sliding into the round channels on the hinge. The photo I linked shows the replacement hinge and these two channels. I confirmed with Extang that the round rail on the panels is not user-replaceable.
If the panel on your cover has had its round edge rail break off then you will probably need to replace the panel. We do offer the Replacement Tail Panel Assembly # EX83475-62 but for safety reasons my contact at Extang recommends you send them photos of your cover so they can be sure there is no risk to you or other motorists. Sometimes when a panel comes off the cover there can be hidden damage.
