The 18k Demco Hijacker Autoslide, part # DM8550024, weighs right around 300 pounds and the 21k model, part # DM8550038, is closer to 330 pounds. Both of these hitches fit right into the factory puck system of your 2019 Ford F-250. I've linked a video of them both for you to take a look at.
If you're looking for a lighter hitch I recommend the B&W Companion, part # BWRVK3370. It also fits right into the pucks in your Ford's bed and weighs about 260 pounds. Plus, it's pretty easy to remove the head and take the hitch out of the truck in pieces. The head weighs close to 70 pounds so removing it splits up the heavy weight fairly well.
