The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48122 is a great tonneau cover with the inside bed rails to allow for stake pocket mounted accessories. The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH43002XT-780EX will fit properly with this cover, however because it is a folding cover, you will need to slide the uprights on the ladder rack when folding the tonneau because the uprights angle inward.

If you want a fixed rack that will also work with your cover, the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs # A4000960 is a popular option, but there is not an over the cab cantilever option and the capacity is less than half that of the TracRac system.
