Do Replacement Stake Pocket Inserts Only Fit Front Stake Pockets

Question:

I am looking for parts for the rear addarack stake pocket. You sell the part for the front stake pocket but I annoy find the rear listed anywhere. Do you guys stock this?

Hey Mike, if you are referring to the Replacement Stake Pocket Insert part # A70432 this actually fits the front and back stake pockets. It is not front exclusive.

I actually have this addarack and the attachment brackets are different for the front stake pockets and the rear stake pockets. The rear stake pockets require a long bolt that goes down to the bottom of the stake pocket. You have to remove the rear tail lights to attach the bolts to a threaded plate that comes with the addarack. I have the bolts but not the plate.

@MikeT That's good to know, which specific Adarac ladder rack do you have and what truck? I want to verify for sure what parts you might need.

@JamesonC I have the ADARAC™ ALUMINUM PRO SERIES TRUCK BED RACK. I have it installed in a 2021 GMC sierra 1500.

@MikeT Is what you have the part # A49HG? I checked out the install instructions and in them the rear plates don't look any different than the front ones.
