Yes, the CE Smith Padlock Brackets part # CE26002Z-2 will fit the Replacement U-Bolt for CE Smith Spare Trailer Tire Carrier part # CE22011Z. For a lock, I recommend using the Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock part # ML1KA.
