Some of our replacement parts for SportRack or Thule cargo boxes will fit with some Karrite boxes but we never actually carried the Karrite boxes so I'd need to see a picture of the hinge you are talking about to see if we have anything that might work.

Thank you for the picture! Looks like part # SR03810 for the SportRack Explorer cargo boxes is what you are looking for!

Since you need hinges and mounting hardware for the Karrite Voyager you'd need the part #SR05587 which covers all of the things you need.
